I am a nurse turned health and fitness blogger and online health and fitness coach. I love learning about new trends, research, and recipes and sharing them with you!
This all started when I was looking for different healthy living blogs to read and got tired of jumping from blog to blog looking for information. There’s just so much information out there! I decided to create my own blog with my own lifestyle in mind.
I have celiac disease, so all posted recipes are gluten-free. In researching my condition, I have learned so much about the body and nutrition! Nutrition is really the cornerstone of any healthy lifestyle, so you won’t find any quick fixes here!
I’m also a mom of 2 so many of my posts center around saving time for the busy working mom, because that’s who I am! I know so many struggle with the same things so I try to provide resources to help and encourage.
