Protein cookies and super delts!

Howdy, guys!  I have been doing some serious kitchen experimentation today!  I made several different types of protein cookies, so I’ll share the recipe that was the best!  I also made blueberry muffins for my kids, tacos, and chicken enchiladas.  I absolutely love days when we just hang around the house and get stuff done!  Now, if I could get these kids to stop fighting, then we would really be in business!

Delicious 5 Ingredient Protein CookiesIngredients--2 medium ripe bananas-2 scoops protein powder (I used vanilla cupcake PEScience)-2 tablespoons peanut butter-1 tablespoon chocolate chips-1 cup quick oats


After grocery shopping this morning with two kids, I was in need of some alone time.  With other people.  Who all have headphones on.  And pretty much ignore each other.

I went to the gym.  I pumped out some cardio on the stairmaster and a decent chest and shoulder workout.  I was doing some lateral raises and guess what?


Check out that happy little front delt there! (Not sure why I look like I’m holding my breath).  I am so happy to see any progress.  I haven’t been super consistent with my diet, cause life.  So it’s good to see some hard work is working!  Remember, if I can, you can.  All you have to do is start!
