It’s Meal Prep Day!
I look forward to meal prepping each weekend. This way, I know I’ll be on track for the entire week! I won’t have to think about what to eat because all of the work has already been done. And you know what? It only takes me 1.5-2 hours! You can do this, too! Just plan ahead and get started!
First, I decided to make some cauliflower nachos. Doesn’t that sound delicious? Don’t think so? Check this out!
Get yourself a big ole cauliflower and wash it.
Now chop it up!
Put the cauliflower in a bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some seasoning. I used some FlavorGod Everything seasoning. Their seasonings are made fresh and are always very tasty, plus they are gluten-free!
Place cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake your cauliflower in the oven on 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the cauliflower begins to brown on the top. Remove from oven, add toppings (I used cheese and jalapenos here), and you have a delicious side dish for your prep!
For my second side dish, I browned a little turkey sausage in a pot.
Then I added some cut up cabbage from my garden and some beef stock. I let this simmer on the stove until the cabbage was tender. Season with a little salt and pepper and you are ready to rock!
Finally, I cooked a roast in the crockpot. I just seasoned it with some Flavor God Everything seasoning, dumped it in the crockpot, added onion, garlic, and potatoes-and Voila! Delicious beef ready for lunches!
Remember, you have to eat to grow those muscles! And Muscles make you skinny (and sexy)!
