Full Body Circuit Workout!

Full Body Circuit Workout!  No Equipment Needed!

This workout is sure you get your blood flowing and your muscles working!  Enjoy this full body workout that will tone and lift in all the right places using NO weights!  You can do this!  All you have to do is try!

We will start with a quick warm up.  This is essential to prevent injury as it gets your heart rate up slowly and helps to lubricate the joints, readying them for activity.  You should always warm up before exercise.

For the circuit rounds, you will complete each round 3 times, resting 60 seconds between each round.  Pay special attention to your form to ensure that you are not injured completing the workout.

Warm Up:

50 jumping jacks

50 Squat jacks

50 High knees

Round 1 (complete each round 3 times)

10 Pushups

10 Triceps dips

10 Burpees

Round 2

10 Plank jacks

10 Squat kicks

10 Step back lunges

Round 3

10 Glute Bridges

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Flutter Kicks

A cool down is just as important as a warm up.  Don’t forget to include it in your program.  Just stretching your muscles for 5-10 minutes is sufficient while your heart rate lowers.
